How to install windows 7 without formating OX LION ???

My hp probook has OS x lion 10.7.3.. But i want to install windows 7 too.. Is it possible To install without removing My current OS X OR i have to Uninstall It first ?? If its possible Kindly tell me the steps.. bootloader is chimera 1.7.0 r1394

1) Change hard disk priority to have SSD/HDD first

2) Install Snow Leopard/Lion and all the kexts you need to run the system clean, as well as chameleon

3) Shutdown and unplug your drive

4) Plug in your drive for Windows, change the hard disk priority to make sure your Windows drive is first

5) Install Windows 7 and install updates, SP1, and what not

6) Once complete, plug all the drives back in and make sure the Snow Leopard/Lion one is in the SATA0 port

7) Change the boot priority to have Snow Leopard/Lion first

8) This will load Snow Leopard/Lion's bootloader and you should be able to boot into all the systems from there


For me, Chimera shows my Mac OS X and three others windows drives (windows, recovery and system and i have to boot from system)
