How to install Sierra on HP Probook 450g1

Graphics
Intel HD4600
Please tell me is there guide how to install Sierra on HP Probook 450g1. The config is CPU 4200M, 16GB DDR3 Ram, 120GB Intel SSD.

It is for El Capitan. I already run on El Capitan.

You clearly didn't read it. It actually works for Lion through Sierra.

Are there solutions for unsolved problems on Sierra for my HP Probook 450g1
 
Please tell me. is my HP Probook 450g1 supported for Sierra. Or is it recommended only for 10.11?

No idea. You didn't fill out your hardware details as requested in the FAQ and guide.
 
My Hp probook 450 g1 config is Cpu core i5 4200M, 120GB Intel Ssd, 16GB Ddr3 Ram, Intel HD4600 graphics. Ethernet card is Realtek RTL 8168G/8111G Gigabit. Now it run 10.11.6 and everything is ok. Please tell me is my laptop supported sierra or it is recommended to 10.11 only. Thank you very much
