How to install Mac to Surface book2?

Help me !My laptop (notebook) model is Microsoft surface book2, the current system is Windows 10, but I want to install one more Apple Mac system, , I tried the clover and opencore method , but it didn't work! Is there anyone who can provide me method or with a successful example? Thank you first!!!

you cannot use a clover config.plist with opencore

But I can not find the surface book2 EFI file,Only find surface pro-6 EFI-(clover config.plist) file at opencore!!!(I had try this config.plist file with clover,all not work!)
I all so try the Z-Z90-Config.Plist-(opencore) file with opencore,But all so not work!
