I installed Sierra on my laptop but .brightness control not working,audio not working wifi not working but ethernet working properly how can I fix those things?

all things are find but have one issue .internal speaker sound is working but I connected to my headset it not identify and still sound give in internal speaker how to fix this? and other question is I'm using windows and linux on my lap top, I saw clover work with windows.i want to know how to run clover with linux ?
