Hello, I want to install El Capitan in my Dell Inspiron 3537 Laptop. I have tried many time using this steps

When I start with boot, i am stuck on apple Logo and When i start with safe mode I am getting ++++++++++++++ sign and stuck.

Post EFI/Clover folder (not EFI folder). Please strip 'themes' before compressing as ZIP.
