Please help. I cannot get the two USB3 ports working on this board. The board has two (3rd party) Etron EJ168 controllers. I tried Hackintool but it does not show these ports on USB tab. USBMap scripts sees them and I can select them but, the resulting USBPorts.kext does not work.

Has anyone figured this out and can share their port map? Thank you. @trs96 ?

I also have a GA-Z68 board. The only solution for working USB 3.0 was to disable the 3.0 onboard ports (Etron) and install the Inateck KT-4006 adapter. This gives me front USB 3.0 as well as two working ports in the back. I have not tested it with Big Sur yet. I'm still on High Sierra on this old Z68/Sandy Bridge system. Works OOB with HS.

@trs96. Thanks. That is good to know! I already have the Inatek board, but I cannot use its header because my front case connectors are only USB2.

I bought one of these Phanteks Eclipse cases a few years back when on sale. It was really affordable and it has dual USB 3.0 ports on top of the case. Very solidly built too. I previously had a low end Rosewill case and the two front USB 2.0 ports never really worked right (Hardware issue) so I decided to upgrade.
