How to get in touch with OsxWiFi.com?

I have sent 4 emails from the contact-form on their website within the last 3-4 months, 0 answers. When I bought an item from them the process was very good, but they just don`t answer support-mails.

Am I the only one experiencing this?

Apparently you're not alone. I purchased this one from OSXWiFi through Amazon, and the Bluetooth was DOA. Attempted to contact OSXWiFi through their website to ask for additional troubleshooting ideas, and got zero response. Returned the card to Amazon and got a prompt refund (thanks to Amazon and not OSXWiFi). It's astounding to me that someone can call this a "business" and ignore customers.

I ended up purchasing the same adapter card and same WiFi/BT module from eBay for 1/2 the price.
