How to get graphics card to work?

Good morning,

I have installed the OS in my motherboard using the captain 10.11.6. Also, I have a graphics card AMD Radeon R7 250 1Gb and it is recognized by the system, but the image is not clear, it is broken. I have used multibest, and all the rest is operating properly. I do not have so much computer knowledge, so I would be very grateful if you could help me.

So I tried some of the @MacMan Clover builds it helped inject some information still didn't add resolutions to graphics?
Not quite sure what needs to happen? See attached images, any ideas would be greatly appreciated?

I sincerely appreciate your help since I do not understand why I cannot correctly configure the clover so that my card works correctly. Again, thank you very very much
