how to fix dell dw1560 bluetooth osx el capitan 10.11.6 ?

what i tried
- Patch DSDT, rename XHCI to XHC and EHCx to EH0x
- installed BrcmFirmwareRepo.kext and BrcmPatchRAM2.kext using kext utility
- Fix usb using SSDT-UIAC.aml and install USBInjectAll.kext in Clover/kexts/other

Still no Bluetooth in system preferences
wifi and airdrop were fix

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete/wrong.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.

Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Your ioreg shows no BT controller on the USB bus.
Make sure "fast boot" is disabled.
Try with USBInjectAll.kext.

Also, restore IOUSBHostFamily.kext to vanilla (run the OS X installer to refresh all Apple provided kexts). You should not be installing patched kexts.

I can't see fast boot in my BIOS. Can I do with efi shell?
Yep.. I tried USBInjectAll.kext with custom SSDT-UIAC.aml and get same result

You should inject all ports by removing SSDT-UIAC.aml or by using kernel flag -uia_ignore_rmcf.
