For 10.11, Clover is the recommended/supported bootloader.

But there are a variety of ways to extract ACPI files. I would tend to use Linux (/sys/firmware/acpi/tables). In Windows, you can use RW-Everything.

on the desktop i use 10.10.5
i downloaded the RW-Everything but can't find the SSDT . do i need some special version of this program ?

It is possible your system doesn't have any SSDTs.

Older PCs may not have any SSDTs. SSDTs are optional are are typically extensively used with newer PCs. Older PCs tend to have less of them, and as it seems in your case, none. You can check in Linux at /sys/firmware/acpi/tables to be certain.
