How to disabled switchable graphics with efi shell?

hai guys, anyone know how to disable discrete graphics (switchable) cause my amd card are dead. I can't use again, I dont know why. When I install driver amd, my laptop become freeze. So i want to disable it for saving power of baterry. I can't disable it from BIOS, so.. can I disable from efi shell? here is my bios data.

yep, i know it but I want do in BIOS with efi shell cause I can't access in my BIOS laptop

Disable AMD via ACPI for macOS in order to save power.
In Windows, you can still use it (note: Windows issues you may have are off-topic here).
