How to disable HD 2000 ? (i7 2600)

Hello everyone, how can I properly disable internal CPU video card ?(CPU is i7 2600 3.4 with HD 2000)....... Currently i working on Mavericks with Chimera 2.2.1 with default settings, then IGPEnabler = yes+GraphicsEnabler=No

I have to disable it from the BIOS or just i can install IGPEnabler = No?

Asus p8z68 deluxe
i7 2600 3.4
AMD ATI Radeon HD 6670
