How to disable boot menu?

I have just got a shiny new Apple Wireless Keyboard and Magic Mouse for my Hackintosh. Unfortunately they don't work until Mavericks has booted. This wouldn't be too much of a problem if I could disable the Chimera boot menu so the machine would boot directly to OS X. Could someone explain how to do this please?

I am still struggling with this and would really appreciate any help.

I have tried editing org.chameleon.Boot.plist in the Extra folder...

First I tried changing the Instant Menu entry from Yes to No

Then I tried deleting the entry completely

Neither worked

Surely I don't need to do a complete re-install to achieve this?

Thanks very much for the suggestion. Unfortunately all it did was lower the resolution of the boot screen! I still need to press enter on a usb keyboard in order to boot.

Maybe add a default partition:

Why not just use Chameleon Wizard? It'll take the guess work out of everything. You can set your default boot partition and set it to Quiet Boot so it boots extra fast.
