How to change the Windows ssd?

Hello. I have high Sierra installed on one ssd. Then I have windows 10 installed on a second ssd which is 120gb.
I would like to replace this ssd with Win10 and use a bigger one without losing my installation and data. How do I do that without messing the situation? What are the steps to follow? Thank you!

You can use a disk cloning program like Acronis True Image that copies everything from your old Windows SSD to a new SSD.
