How to change Clover detected model from MacBookPro8,3 to MacBookPro8,1?

Clover automatically detect my laptop as MacBookPro8,3. I would like to change this to MacBookPro8,1 so can attempt to enable VGA output for my HD3000 card.

VGA output has nothing to do with MBP8,1 vs. MBP8,3. You can change your smbios with Clover config.plist (SMBIOS section). Use Clover Configurator.

For VGA output, you must patch AppleIntelSNBGraphicsFB.kext. Not recommended... It will mess with proper operation of the HDMI port.
