How to autostart an application in SL?

Hello,
I have an application, called Brightness.app
which is vital for adjusting brightness on my SL installation.
When I run this Brightness.app, an icon show up in the top menu bar, along with clock, airport, blutooth icon etc... by clicking that icon I have finally the slider to adjust brightnes.

So everytime my system starts, I have to run this app, in order to adjust the LCD brightness.

Now the big question: how can I make SL to autostart this application everytime at boot? Is that possible?
