How Often Do You Turn Your System Off?

Just curios. I am currently unable to use SleepEnabler because it doesn't play well with 10.6.5 (at least on my end). Therefore, I've decided to setup a Turn Off/Turn On schedule, but I'm not sure how often I should do one or the other. What do you guys do? Do you turn it off and on every day, every other day, once a week, etc? Thanks!

At the end of each session ... just like my television.

I boot up:
Monday-Friday when I get home
Sat-Sun when I get up (read email with first cup of coffee)

I shut down:
Whenever I finish a session
If I am going to be doing something else for an hour or more (yard/garden/house work)
When I have to leave the house for anything
Before I go to bed
