Parts are fine for the build.
CPU cooler choice comes down to whether you plan to OC and what apps you plan to run. Are your apps real CPU intensive? Going to use all cores and max out turboboost? If no, then the OEM stock cooler will do. If yes, then you need a cooler.
Some people prefer air (I am one of them), some people prefer liquid cooling.
You need to do your research and make your own decision here. There are several that have been recommended - just type in CPU cooler in the forum search box and you will find a lot of recommendations and opinions on air vs liquid.
