Is It possible that my GTX 560 TI id is different than the "1200"?
I looked at the system info, and realized that the device id is 1087! Is it possible?
I`ve edited almost everything (AGPM / NVDA!00HAL / org.chamaleon) and got no AGPM msg in console.

Your ID = 1087

My EVGA 560Ti 448 Cores Classified worked with Multibeast Nvidia Graphics setting. I got two screens full resolution etc. But NO CUDA and no device recognition except in System Profiler which correctly displayed the name. But got 'Unknown Card' In GPUSniffer and 'Emulation' in CUDA-z.

The whole point of my build was for Video post so.....I wanted, Neeeeeeded to get my EVGA 560Ti 448 to work with CUDA and Premier Pro Mercury engine. After trying many different combinations and kext edits, device injection etc. NONE of which made CUDA available. Heres what worked for me.

Vanilla AGPM. NVIDIA and GEforce Kexts.- IE NO EDITS
(Do not run the graphics enabler in Multibeast, it seems like OpenCL and CUDA don't play nice, and running the enabler in Multibeast Kills CUDA recognition)

Graphics Enabler = YES

Now have a fully functional and recognized GPU seen by GPUsniffer and Cuda-Z and Mercury Engine working and I mean SERIOUSLY WORKING

Both DVI and HDMI ports functioning (Anyone found a way to push the Audio through the HDMI port?)

My First Post here. Thanks to Tony and Macman, and all of you.

UPDATE: The TI 448 has a device ID of 1087 and has 1280MB vid ram and 448 CORES.

It is a GF110 Fermi card.

There are other 560's that are also 560TI but these are NOT the same cards and if you have one of these that is not the specification described above you will get a KP as the drivers I posted will NOT support your card and the process I described will not work for you.
It is absolutely critical to get the correct driver for you card.

Would you be able to give a quick step by step of what you did?
No matter what i do, with either easybeast or DSDT, i get a kernel panic.
I also used my machine for video editing but after upgrading to the 560ti hawk, i've been forced to use windows for my video editing (hate it)
Please help me!

Yes, if you follow Toledas guide to HDMI in the audio section religiously you'll get there. Bit complicated but step by step and it does work.

Thank you for this guide! I tried steps 1-3 (hoping to get my two monitors working and fix a couple of glitches with the 560Ti.). I didn't modify my AppleGraphicsPowerManagement.kext (Step 4) because I'm using iMac12,2 system definition, but I did notice that the vendor and device ID's were for ATI Catalyst. I did find a similar in another thread. Sorry if this is a noobish question, but would it be possible to modify the AGPM kext for my 560Ti (Vendor10deDevice1200)? What would I need to change, besides the device/vendor key? If you could please point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!!

Never mind. Found one for 560Ti.

Hi, can someone please test the OPENCL activated is working with Final Cut X? Because some people noticed that using the 560 card with FCPX, the rendering used by the FC is from the CPU, not the GPU, and i need to know that because i'm gonna buy a new card to use with Final Cut, and need to be OPENCL activated by the FC.
Thanks

This is a thread for the 560Ti. Not 560.

I've noticed when the monitor turns off (lack of activity) the graphic card gets really hot and it switches to state 0.

(The best way to see it is using HWMonitor and add the temperature to the menu bar).

I have a 560Ti card and I've tried a lot of settings and they all do the same thing.

Can anyone try and confirm this as well?

I will report back on this. So before sleep, but while the monitor's off?
