How does it work (1st Hack) - update drivers regularly or?

Hi there.

I have a i3 3,06 Ghz with a Geforce 240GT 1GB gfx - now, I have never been impressed with the performance of the gfx, so I am wondering if I need to regularly update the drivers or anything like that to optimize it?

The drivers I am using now are from Nvidias website this february...

If everything is right with all your programs, so you don't need to update drivers reqularly, maybe sometimes, a couple of times in a year.

nvidia dont release drivers for mac os as regularly as they do for windows.
seeing as how apple now use ati, those updates will become even more sporadic.

what exactly is the problem with it? are you playing games with it, and if so at what res?
