How Do I Easily Configure Multiboot from Clover?

I have OS S X, Windows 10, and two different Linux distros installed.
I would like to only show these and hide all of the other junk boot options. It seems each drive shows an EFI boot, resulting in tons of options that aren't actually bootable operating systems.

Determine the UUID of each of the bootable drives. Enter this into the Scan Entries section of Clover config.plist.

Query: were the Win10 and Linux distros all installed UEFI booting?

I'm not entirely sure. Any chance you could walk me through the specifics of what needs to be filled out exactly?
What boxes need to be checked, etc.?
