How do I (correctly) have two SSD's with OSX and Windows play nice together?

Hi all

I'm trying to figure out how I can have a system with both a UEFI Windows SSD, AND a UEFI OSX SSD, and have the Clover bootloader allow me to choose between the two when I boot up.

I also want to avoid cross-contamination between the two installations. I think Windows MIGHT be adding some additional partitions to my OSX drive.

Are there any guides you guys can point me to in order to do this? I don't want to have to swap out hard drives EVERY time I want to switch OS's (which is often.. I use OSX for work and Windows for gaming).
