Under boot-args

You can add it with any .plist editor, with Xcode, with text edit or with Clover Configurator.

CC is easiest for most users - just mount your EFI partition, run CC, select the boot buttou and check the box next to the boot-arg you want to add. Save, exit CC and reboot.
