How do can I setup on Gigabyte H110M-G3

So no solution yet?
Also is it necessary to use the Clover configurator?
 
As I said I'm trying to install OS X 10.10 version is 1.6.43 as it says.

Not sure where you think that you said that but it was not in this thread.
Anyway, the cause of your problem is that you have chosen the system definition of an iMac17,1 which never was intended to run OS X 10.10. The earliest OS for that would be OS X 10.11.
You should either change your system definition to that of a Mac than can run OS X 10.10 or use a version that will run on an iMac17,1.

So how can I change system definition properly?

I can see but I'm new to these type of setup and I don't want to ruin a small bit of this. Also all of these info such as serial number and vendor etc are from my motherboard stuff?

What do you imagine that you might ruin ?
You have not even begun to install yet.

No, they are values in your config.plist.
