Core i7 960 + Intel® Desktop Board DX58SO2 + Zotac Geforce GTX 560 Ti + 24GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600 MHz Ram

Can you pls help me with any tips and Guideline to make it possible

Note that you need a real Mac or another hackintosh running Snow Leopard or later to create the UniBeast Lion USB stick. If you don't have access to one of these you should first install Snow Leopard on your computer by using iBoot and the Snow Leopard retail DVD which can be bought from Apple.
