How can I stop getting "System extension cannot be used"?

I realize that it is harmless since my ethernet is working, but what can I do to stop getting this error? Just delete the extension it says is having the problem? AppleRTL8169Ethernet.kext?

After delete the culprit extension just rebuild the caches and permissions.
