Dealing with AppleTYMCEDriver.kext

I just ran the latest Multibeast 5.0.2 and inadvertently clicked on MacPro 5,1 instead of the original iMac 12,1 system profile. When I restarted, a kernel panic occured right after the Chimera screen. Is there a way to change that profile manually at the chimera boot screen?

Sweet! That did it! :headbang:

Thanks mate!

...and about my avatar...still hoping...

Terminal options to run the MacPro 5,1 profile

I also came upon these command lines to remove the AppleTYMCEDriver.kext file from S>L>E to run a MacPro5,1 profile. So from the Chimera bootloader screen, I should:

boot -s

mount -uw /
rm -rf /system/library/extensions/appletymcedriver.kext
exit

I haven't tried this approach though as I have a Macbook Pro to use in deleting the AppleTYMCEDriver.kext file.
