Hot Swap HDs Between Hackintosh and Mac Pro

I would like to hot swap HDs between a hackintosh and mac pro.
I'm not certain what this would be called or if there are articles on this.

What system would be advised? Is this even possible?
I figured maybe if I put the kexts and dsdt on a boot cd or boot thumb drive it might be possible.

Sierra support would be nice but El Captain is okay also.

Just thinking but couldn't you create to boot menus that boots with the kexts and dsdt for he hackintosh and one without?

Are you talking about the boot drive or a storage drive?
If boot drive, you could create a USB or use a small SSD to install Clover and needed kexts same as the UniBeast USB and use that to boot the Mac drive, but you would probably not be able to get audio. Not sure why you would want to do that - PITA to be opening the case to disconnect drive from the Mac to move it every time.
