Hello,

Here is my new laptop : (Can put it in my build profiles has none of these components are there!! plz update the profiles)

Mobile Intel ® HM370 Express Chipset
Proc i7-8750H
GTX 1060 6GB
Screen 3840x2160

I use unibeast and boot on it. It first works fine and goes to the first graphic interface with no issue but once the OS is partly installed on the drive, after the reboot it goes to the graphic interface but reboots after 20 seconds.
I included the ACPI origin to this thread.

Please can you give me some guidance in Kexts or DSDT for my cpu/mobo as I can not find anything on the forum.

Thanks

Follow the Clover guide linked from the FAQ.
http://www.tonymacx86.com/el-capita...faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.html

Although you should read the FAQ for an overview of issues, the Clover guide is linked from the first question: "Q. Where do I start?", just after the bold face "Clover Guide".
Here is a direct link, just to be clear:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

Also, your profile must be filled out with complete details as requested in the FAQ, again under "Q. Where do I start?". All seven details requested are equally important.

And if you have an issue (after following the guide), or on any other problem, you must provide a detailed description of the problem including information that helps us understand what you're doing. Always attach "Problem Reporting" files as per FAQ.

The required files and data are fully detailed in the last question in the FAQ:
"Q. What are typical "Problem Reporting" files?"

Hi there,

I included the problem reporting files.

I installed OS Mojave. But still missing many things.
The biggest trouble is that the clover booting is unstable. Sometime it boots, and sometimes not.

Thanks for your help on telling me which patch i could do on my DSDT.

"Problem Reporting" files are incomplete.
Read FAQ, "Problem Reporting" again. Carefully. Attach all requested files/output.
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/faq-read-first-laptop-frequent-questions.164990/
Use the gen_debug.sh tool mentioned in the FAQ, that way it is less likely you'll omit something.

Your profile has no laptop hardware details. Please fix as per FAQ before your next reply.

Hi there,

As a reminder :
Mobile Intel ® HM370 Express Chipset
Proc i7-8750H
GTX 1060 6GB + Intel 630
Screen 3840x2160

Here is what I got working so far:
- Wifi with an Edimax dongle
- Sound with VoodooHDA
- Keyboard and Touchpad with VoodooPS2

I have problems with the video being laggy.
The gfxutil tool is not working however I tried this guide : https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-intel-framebuffer-patching-using-whatevergreen.256490/ with no success. The laptop does not pass the apple logo and says there it is busy and there is a timeout appleacpicpu.

I assume there are many things to do still, can we please start with the graphics?

Thanks

Rehabman, I did all of this, MacOS is installed and nearly working.
I also wrote in my first post that I cannot put my laptop in my build profiles has none of these components are there!!
I also used MaciASL to patch my DSDT with your repo using those patches : Fix _WAK Arg0 v2+ HPET + SMBUS + IRQ + RTC + Mutex
I now have the Battery working too.

I did use another guide here https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-intel-framebuffer-patching-using-whatevergreen.256490/
But cannot make it work. I still have my Intel 830 UHD showing 31Mb

I also wrote in my first post that I cannot put my laptop in my build profiles

As per FAQ, laptop details go to main profile fields Motherboard/CPU/Graphics.
Please read the FAQ carefully.

Intel 830?
For your HD520 (as shown in your signature), use a plist from the guide:
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-booting-the-os-x-installer-on-laptops-with-clover.148093/

I need help to solve my HD630 - sorry i wrote HD830 :)

When i boot with the config.plist it is fine but the HD630 is only showing 31Mb.
To solve that, I did some reading and used this guide :
https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/guide-intel-framebuffer-patching-using-whatevergreen.256490/

So I created another config file called Config framebuffer patching 00009B3E and I try to boot with this one.
Here is what i have
Screen-Shot-2018-12-23-at-9-24-17-PM.png

But then it is not booting and stays on the apple logo after 60%. Here is what the verbose mode gives me (see picture)

Thanks for your help
