My system is
i7-3770
Kingston SSD 250gb
4gb ram
Radeon HD7750
OC 0.79
Everything was working great till 12.2.
After upgrading to 12.3 (and later to 12.3.1), whilst the update went smoothly and without any problems, I experience a slow and laggy desktop.
Something has to do with the CPU usage as I see that there is high cpu USER usage (the blue curve in system monitor). I cannot identify what is causing it because the cpu system usage (red curve) seems ok.
I also run a geekbench and the scores are terrible for that CPU.
There is no problem with the CPU as I am dual booting with win11 and in windows everything is just fine.
Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? Where can I look to find the culprit? Could it be the SSD?
Any recommendations would be very much appreciated.
