High Sierra imessage/facetime problems

Alright no I did all the normal things after a update. My serial and everything else is not changing between reboots but for some reason FaceTime and iMessage will not connect. All it gives me is a error that says "An error occurred during activation. Try again."

Any ideas?
 
Did you verify your serial number is an available one using the check coverage site? https://checkcoverage.apple.com/ remember you're looking for one that gives you an error message, you don't want one that says it has or is not in coverage. In addition what system definition & CPU are you using? Is ethernet on en0 in System Report > Network?
