High Sierra 10.13.6 hard graphic issues

Hy everyone,

By saying hard graphics issues I mean I have difficulty with installing graphic drivers on my Hackintosh.

§ Intel i5 2.6 Ghz ( UEFI Bios ---> csm:disabled, Other OS, Primary graphics source is PCIe )
§ Asus b85m-g Motherboard
§ Msi Nvidia gtx 750 ti ( Installed (17G65) Drivers of CUDA and Nvidia Web )
§ Audio source : (-) Motherboard's input working perfectly
( ) Hdmi audio kinda not existing
§8gb ram
§500 gb HHD

I been following all the forums guides, videos, wiki's, and there is no mismatch, I mean I follow step by step, but my Nvidia gtx 750 impossible to run

I think I have a problem on the efi folder cuz I try every time to fix the perfect folder, then I have a Black screen or kernel panics.
I been up for almost a week with this problem, thanks in advance for your help

I was thinking to use multibeast to identify the device as a Mac Pro 5.1 maybe it could fix the issue
