High Sierra 10.13.3 stuck on black screen with cursor(cursor operational)

I'm hackintosing my PC since yosemite. Installing high Sierra went fine with full acceleration but after installation I can't boot into it. I getting a black screen with cursor. Cursor is working though and even the notification led so I think the system is running but not displaying. When I try vesa mode I'm stuck a gIoLockScreenState3 and when I try hd 2500 I get an endless loop of gIOLockScreenState3.

My gt 610 worked with Sierra with full acceleration(only 10.12.6) after installing web drivers. Gt 610 might not be supported in high Sierra then what about he 2500.

Had 2500 is not my main I'm using it to try and install web driver but failed.But still the problem is with the kexts or config.plist adding something might fix it. As the installer booted with full acceleration gt610 and also installing apple logo part in my monitors native resolution . Now after everything is completed I'm getting this error.
