Ok, so this the the fan setup you should use:

(The two included fans would be quite loud)

Top exhaust: Corsair Hydro H150i Pro with 3x Noctua NF-P12 redux-1700 120mm (and have them on the top, pulling through the radiator (or you can use 3x Corsair ML120 Pro RGB, but they won't have as good cooling performance)

Back exhaust: 1x Corsair ML140 Pro RGB

Front intake: 3x Corsair ML140 Pro RGB

Bottom intake: 2x Noctua NF-A14

Left bottom intake: 3x Corsair ML120 Pro RGB

Right bottom intake: 3x Corsair ML120 Pro RGB or Noctua NF-F12

RGB controllers: 2x Corsair Lighting Node Pro (if you buy a 2 or 3 pack of the Corsair ML Pro RGB fans, you get one included. One controller has 6 RGB headers. It cannot control any fans, only RGB)

Fan controllers: 1x Corsair Commander Pro (the rest of the fans can be plugged into the motherboard. The Commander Pro has 2 RGB headers. It can control 6 fans)

I would recommend an 850W PSU from any of these brands (make sure that it is 80+ Gold, Platinum or Titanium Certified, and fully modular).

Corsair
Seasonic
EVGA

If you want to have 2 graphics cards, then I would recommend a 1000W PSU from the same brands.

How much storage do you want?
