Hey all,
I was struggling with very high boot times right after using the great "Update Directly to macOS High Sierra" guide.
I've found a few solutions online like installing NVWebDriverLibValFix.kext or removing intelgraphicsfixup.kext , none of those solutions worked for me.
I've just discovered that the problem in my system was an old AppleALC.kext and Lilu.kext in my /S/L/E
After removing them and adding an updated version of those files to my clover/kexts/other folder, boot takes a few seconds.
Hope this helps anyone.
