Help with x299 builds

Hi !

I build my X299 Mac but I have a lot of issues. Here is my config :

Mobo: Gigabyte x299 gaming pro 7
CPU : i9-7980xe Extreme Edition
RAM : 64 Go Corsair Vengeance 3200 Mhz
SSD : Samsung 1To Evo
GPU : AMD Vega 64 Frontier Edition
Other : GA-Alpine Ridge

So, I success to install MacOS High Sierra 10.13.4 (17E199) but my pc crash when I worked on adobe premiere pro projects. This is my main issue.
I've got on other issue with my BenQ display plugged by DisplayPort. When I powered it off and powered it on the video doesn't go back but when I unplugged/plugged the cable it came back.
Last issue I've got a thunderbolt hub by startech who just doesn't work. It powered on but when I plugged like USB key on it it doesn't mount.

@Delecta, please update your profile (personal details) with your Motherboard (Mobo), CPU and iGPU or Graphics Card.

Profiles need to contain at least your primary system to assist others with helping you.

What you'll need to do is read the X299 High Sierra guides and post questions in those to get help. This goes far beyond the scope of General Help. Don't you agree ?
