Help with Optiplex 5070

I got this PC and wanted to install Mojave which i have installed on USB a while back using Clover. I found an Opencore EFi file online so i thought i would just swap the clover EFi with Opencore EFI. I succeeded to boot and have Mojave running but the issue now is that i have dual boot Ubuntu/ Mojave and sometimes after restart screen goes blank and hangs for a while then would start ubuntu or just do nothing without giving me the access to boot menu and i have to unplug power cable and reset to get the Dell logo and then to boot menu. My question is can i use the OS image on older usb i created using unibeast with opencore EFI? in another words just swapping EFI files between clover & opencore. I have disabled secure boot and not sure if using the opencore EFI with with mojave images usb created using unibeast is the root cause. I will attach the EFi i'm using with the Optiplex 5070 i5-9500 UHD630 (chipset Q370). Thank you!
