Help with Audio & USB issues w/ Catalina 10.15.7 new install

I have tried everything I can think of to get the USB and Audio to work on my new build with a H370M-DS3H and i5-8400. I have also tried to find the issues that I am having on this site but I can't find any with my problems. The symptoms are as follows: The audio works but If i plug into the boards audio it will play fine for a while then it will start to crackle then go back to playing good. This can accrue any time but it really is noticeable if I open browsers and other programs (it seems like their is an interference somewhere) . I have tried the same thing with a Sabrent USB audio plugin in any 2.0 or 3.0 port and instead of crackling it cuts out for a second then comes back in but the frequency of occurrence is more than onboard audio. I have not been able to create a SSDT for my USB because it seems that every time I try one and place it in the patched folder of Clover none of the values under IORegistry Explorer change. They are the same with or without the SSDT used it seems like it is locked some how. The only parts that are displayed are HS 1-14 and one USR1, all ports are logged as USB 3.0 when some are 2.0, and starting with HS10 - 14 they don't register as 10 - 14 they register as 0a, 0b, 0c, 0d, 0e. I read the guide to make a SSDT and the template uses the HS 10-14, but when it is applied to patched it turns all ports from 0x3 to 0xff. I wouldn't care if some of my USB ports did not take up HS 10, 11, and 12 but they do which makes deleting them from the list harder. I will supply pics of USB IOResistry and a zipped version of my config.plist. Thanks for any assistance given.

Under the config file audio is 7 because 1 was giving issues but now it still has the issue, and under Graphics - Inject ATI is selected. Clover version used is r5118

My system make up is:
Gigabyte H370M-DS3H
Intel i-5 8400
Sapphire RX 580 Pulse (w UEFI)
16 gigs ram
