Help with Asus ROG Z370-F cant get to install screen

I am new to 10.13.14 had been using 10.12 on old equipment.

Currently I cannot get to the install screen due to reboots. I have tried using Unibeast with verbose and safe.
I thought originally it was my graphics card. But Unibeast reboots with the Intel embedded graphics also.

I assume its a BIOS issue, but, I have used all the settings others have.

History:
Moved Ram so that Unibeast boots correctly
Verified USB is in 2.0 port, origianlly was in 3 : (
Now the reboots even though I am telling Unibeast not to reboot on panic.

BIOS Settings:

• Advanced \ System Agent(SA) Configuration → Vt-d : Disabled
• Advanced \ PCH Configuration → IOAPIC 24-119 Entries : Enabled
• Advanced \ APM Configuration → Power On By PCI-E/PCI : Disabled
• Advanced \ Network Stack Configuration → Network Stack : Disabled
• Advanced \ USB Configuration → Legacy USB Support : Auto
• Boot → Fast Boot : Disabled
• Boot → Secure Boot → OS Type : Other OS
• Boot → CSM : Disabled
• Advanced \ System Agent(SA) Configuration → Primary Display : Auto
• Advanced \ System Agent(SA) Configuration → iGPU Multi-Monitor : Enabled

Any help I would appreciate.

Hey I'm having the same issue but with an asus prime z370-a motherboard and an i7 8700

Issue might be the ram, i had to swap my ram from the 0 slot to 1
