You use UniBeast with the flash drive to create a bootable USB flash drive you use to install OS X. You will need an 8 GB or larger USB flash drive.
Once you've installed OS X and are able to boot it on your machine, then you use MultiBeast to complete the installation with any necessary files and drivers needed.
