Help! Upgraded and Can't Boot!

i can not boot!
after the upgrade was done, my GTX 950 didnt work, i installed the webdrivers, didnt work.
so i end up trying the NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext

that screwed up my system and i canot boot again!
anything i did i was not able to boot up, i get a black screen in the middle of the load

HOW CAN I REMOVE THIS KEXT WITHOUT BOOTING TO HIGH SIERRA?

i did this 3 times with different USB's
