[HELP] Updating ML in Z68X-UD3H-B3 & HD 6870 & i7-2600K

Hi,
I have MacOSX Lion 10.7.5 on my SDD drive installed. I am trying to update it to ML in 2 ways without success:
1. I have downloaded ML 10.8.2 from App Store, run the installer, follow the steps and restart computer. But when the computer is restarted: I still have version 10.7.5! Seems nothing happened.
2. The second option is with a USB ML bootable created with UniBeast, but it hangs when booting.

My HW is:
Z68X-UD3H-B3 BIOS F12
ATI RADEON HD 6870 1GB
Intel i7-2600K

Any idea please?

You can't install OSX with the Apple installer, you need to use Unibeast.

Boot with -v -x PCIRootUID=0 npci=0x2000

If it still hangs, post a picture.

I have booted with -v -x PCIRootUID=0 npci=0x2000 options, and I still have the same error (see attached screenshots). The system enters in a loop. The only USB devices are the keyboard and mouse (and I have tried with a different keyboard and mouse too).
It seems the USB error is the USB pendrive I am booting ML. I also tried to plug the pendrive in the frontal and back USB ports.

Try putting the USB drive in different ports.

You also have to perform extra steps for your video card: http://www.tonymacx86.com/mountain-...mountain-lion-6xxx-gpu-issues-fix-inside.html
or remove the card and use the onboard video.

I have tried from USB ports and either I have the same problem or the pendrive is not recognised. I will try to get another pendrive and try it again, if not I will give up. I installed MacOSX Lion from a USB pendrive without any problems but with ML I cant even boot the instaler.
Is possible to boot ML from DVD?
