This is not the answer I was looking for! Anyway I am using Catalina, Mojave and Sierra with the same EFI and everything is working fine except the sleep problem. In addition I attached (HeliPort-itlwm.kext) and I am using the native wifi-card of my Thinkpad excluding WEP and WPA (the project is still alpha).
