in not familiar with raid in osx;
sorry cant do much else for you but good luck with it
ive always used a raid controller card myself ,but never in osx;


anyone else can help out there;

flatfoot's link is the guide i've used to get my RAID system up and running. Follow this with Snow Leopard and it works great. Haven't tried it with Lion yet.
