[ Help ] Sierra System Up in .... and restart

Hi , I have trouble when booting from OSX HDD .

Computer Specs:
Main: Z9PA-D8
CPU: 2 x e5-2670
RAM: 32G Samsung ECC
VGA: GTX 950
SSD: 256G Crucial

BIOS Settings:
Vt-D : Disable
Virtualiz...: Disable
SpeedStep: Disable
Com: Disable
XHCI Handoff: Enable

OS try : Sierra 10.12.5 .

After install success i booted to OSX from USB Clover and bootflag : dart=0 nv_disable=1 npci=0x2000 -v
Follow instruction to comlete osx setup .
I use MultiBeast to install Intell1000,GenericUSB...,NullPow...,FakeSMC...
I install Nvidia Web Drivers pkg copied from USB .

reboot with dart=0 npci=0x2000 -v , screen verbose message to system up in ... second and no signal and restart.
I only boot success with nv_disable=1 . I think the problem is nvidia kext .

Update
Solution Tried:
- Lilu.kext and NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext - not work
- AGDPFix - not fork
- Kext Patch in config.list - not work
- Manual patch - not work
- Emunvram - not work

Please help !

Try to modify BIOS Setting : CSM from Always to Never ... Screen look good but system hanging in PCI Configuration .

Thanks feartech ,

But im using that method to boot with nvidia web driver . after system up in ... nano second and screen turn to no signal after few second my system reboot ...

Update 11/06/2017:
- Try GPU Inject SSDT Patch GFX1 -> Not work .. stil black screen and restart after booted

If you can boot ok from your USB installer just replace the /EFI folder and contents in the EFI partition of your hard drive with the one from the EFI partition on your USB.

I boot ok with nv_disable with usb ... the same with boot with my ssd.
