Hey Guys, I have the following components:

Mountain Lion 10.8.3
Gigabyte GA-X79-UD5
Intel Core i7-3930K 3.20 GHz Socket R (LGA2011)
Corsair CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9B 16GB (4x 4GB), DDR3-1600MHz
EVGA 02G-P4-2670-KR GeForce GTX 670 2GB
SanDisk Extreme SSD SDSSDX-120G-G25 120 GB SATA 6.0 Gb/s
Corsair C70 Case
Corsair H100 liquid cooler

I used this link as a guide for my build http://www.tonymacx86.com/golden-builds/85844-eelheads-x79-build-ga-x79-ud5-i7-3820-gtx-670-a.html

I'm experiencing random freeze ups every time I boot up. These freeze ups can happen anywhere from 20 seconds into the OSX log on screen up to 20 minutes after startup. But one thing is for sure I have not been able to run the system not one single time without running into a freeze up.

Other than that the system seems to be running pretty good and is fast and responsive. No indication of overheating. I got a 15000+ geekbench score! I plan on using this system primarily as an audio recording/production rig to run Logic, Pro tools and also Photoshop as well as a desktop alternative to my late 2008 macbook pro.

Any ideas on what I can do to get this build to run stable?

Thanks Guys

GA-X79-UP4 & 3930k - Having random freezes also... Any luck on your situation? Also still havn't got sound working as every time before I botched my whole system up.
