    Hey everybody,

I just figured I would finally try to install Yosemite on my hackintosh but already the creation of the UniBeast USB failed.

Anybody got an idea why and what I can do to fix it?

I am doing this on a MacBook Pro running 10.9.5.

    Thanks in advance! :)

Edit: I went to the "Install OS X Yosemite" app and searched it by showing package contents. I found an InstallESD.dmg but that also failed to mount for the following reason:

Gonna redownload the Yosemite installer now and then try again. :)

Yep I had this problem once with Yosemite and several times with Mavericks. Just re-download the installer and it should hopefully work the next time.

No real rhyme or reason to it as far as I could tell, it just works eventually. (Plus many, many GB's of downloading later!)

Thanks for your answer! Just now the installer was almost done downloading and then started over. Wtf. Any idea what might be causing this?
