Help please!! Boot loop after update to El Capitan

I used the below tutorial to update from Yosemite to El Capitan. My Yosemite was on Chimera then I used the tutorial to move over to clover. Everything worked perfectly on Clover. Then I moved forward with the update to EC.

When I try to take a pic of the kernel panic my machine boots again before its displayed entirely. The attached pic is the best I could get

Had, and still have the same actually. Came a little bit further with the command CPUS=1. If you add that to the startup rules in clover. That helped me... a little. Maybe it will help you better.
