Help on Dell T7500 DSDT?

Could anyone here please offer a bit of editing on my DSDT?

I just want to NOT have to use NullCPUManagement.next and have native power management working

Using Realtek ethernet card (cant seem to find working kext for onboard) and Voodoo for audio (again cant find working kext)

Mountain Lion 10.8.4

Hardware is single Intel Xeon X5560

24GB Registered ECC

Ive never used a dsdt they always jack up something on my T7500 but I do have my native Ethernet card working. why don't you want use nullcpupowermanagement?

What bootloader are you using? Chimera, Chameleon, or Clover and what version? There should be native support for power management with any of the LGA1366 socket processors using both GeneratePStates=Yes and GenerateCStates=Yes boot options with Chimera or Chameleon.
