Help! Not waking from sleep. Mojave

Almost everything is working perfectly except sleep/wake. After it goes to sleep (sleep time is long about 1-3 minutes), it tries to wake but it just reboots. Can't identify the problem. Please, help to identify the problem. Thank you in advance!

You forgot to disable hibernation.
